About US

EXPLORING AND ENJOYING THE NATURAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE
Taking into account the principles that inspired the European year of Cultural Heritage (2018) and the strategic objectives of the Unesco World Heritage Convention (the five Cs: Credibility, Conservation, Capacity-building, Communication and Communities), our Erasmus KA229 project aims at raising participants' interest in protecting and valorizing cultural/natural treasures of their own territories. Participating schools from Czech Republic, Italy, Bulgaria, Hungary and Greece believe that awareness, empowerment and active citizenship and innovation in techniques and strategies must be their priorities involving the school community, students, teachers, parents, authorities and public institutions in nature future care. We want to raise the pupils' awareness of the consequences of their actions on the environment, while encouraging them to modify their behaviour in order to develop an active and responsible attitude as EU citizens. At the same time we want to preserve cultural heritage, strengthen creativity and encourage cultural pluralism.

An Adventure in Hungary

Vanko Tarakchiev To begin with, that was it for me. It was a completely new and different experience for me. The excellent organization got my attention. Everything had been precisely planned and executed. The places we visited were fascinating and had remarkable histories. One of the things I enjoyed the most was when each country's cultural customs were presented. The cave alley Tapolca also left an impression on me; it was something special and remarkable.           Anton Tsochev I’ve never been in Hungary before this project. I learnt many different and new things about the country. The most beautiful place for me is the lake Balaton. The biggest lake in central Europe and one of the region’s foremost tourist destinations. People were very kind with us everywhere: In the restaurants, shops and in the school. Host family was very caring. This one week was very useful for all of us I think. We improved our communication skills. I like Hu...

Greece - ancient, new but still beautiful

From the mobility in Crete, I was most impressed by our trip to the aquarium in the capital and the view we saw inside.  I saw fish, turtles and all sorts of different aquatic life that I had only heard of but not seen live.  I was very impressed with the shark we saw in the aquarium, because I had not seen such a thing.  There were other fish that were very interesting, but I don't remember what kind they were.  Jellyfish were also very interesting, they are beautiful creatures, but also dangerous.  We also saw the fish depicted in the children's film Nemo, which were very interesting and brought back childhood memories of the film.  For me, this was the place of rest that impressed me the most. Lyubomir I absolutely love everything about our Greek experience. One of my favourite town in Crete is Heraklion. The town is beautiful and it is near to the sea.The town has got so much museums. The second place that have my attention was the National History Muse...
